about moobs

we exist to change
The narrative and
Save men’s lives.

moobs is a male breast cancer awareness movement created to break the silence, challenge the stigma and ensure no man faces breast cancer alone.

the reality
we’re facing

400 men are diagnosed every year in the uk

That’s more than one man every day.

many men don’t know they can get breast cancer

Awareness remains dangerously low.

men are often diagnosed later than women

A lack of awareness means men are usually diagnosed much later than women.

late diagnosis can reduce survival rates

We need earlier awareness and action.

James’s Story

it started with
a lump.

At 36, James found a lump above his nipple.
Like most men, he didn’t know men could get breast cancer.

The diagnosis changed his life.

Now, he’s using that experience to raise awareness of breast cancer in men, reduce the stigma around the disease and provide support
to those navigating the disease.

I didn’t just want
to survive it.
I wanted to do
something about it.
